We caught some nice redfish on the oyster bars on the bay side of Blind Pass with Charlie and Tim!

The wind and cold were tough, but we hunkered down and caught and released about ten redfish between 7:30 and 8:30 AM.

We also caught some ladyfish, sea trout and mackerel in the sea grass of off Redfish Pass. We did very well considering the weather!

The good news is the wind has blown the red tide away.   The bad news is that wind has been cold the last several days!  Hank is hiding down under the deck to stay warm!!!

If you had a good time on a Sanibel & Captiva fishing charter with Hank and myself, please post an “excellent” review on Google Places Reviews.  It will be very greatly appreciated!!!

Join us for a Sanibel & Captiva Islands fishing guide trip – or we can head up to North Captiva or Cayo Costa Islands for a shelling charter!

We’re located at Castaways Marina, Santiva, Sanibel Island, just before the Blind Pass bridge to Captiva Island.

Fair winds and following seas,
