Thursday, November 1, 2012: 170 pound Lemon Shark caught and released on Sanibel & Captiva Fishing charters!

On today’s charter we went to Captiva Pass!  Once we arrived there we decided to go to the North Captiva side of the pass to fish for huge Sharks!

After about two hours of only catching little ones, we finally had a huge one take the bait!

It was a eight foot long Lemon Shark that probably weighed around 170 pounds!

After we took this picture of him we safely released him safe and sound.
