Sunday, July 15, 2012 ~ Caught a tarpon off the beach of Captiva. Sanibel & Captiva fishing charters

Although most of the Tarpon have left, there are still a few stragglers around!

Yesterday we saw this fish swimming along the beach of Captiva.  We quickly threw a line out, and managed to get him to take the bait!

After a hour long fight we brought him to shore before releasing him.

Let’s go Sanibel & Captiva fishing – or shelling! It is also Boca Grande Pass tarpon fishing time!
