Thursday, 5-5-11 … the front came through as expected

The front came through last night.   When I woke up, the wind was stiff and out of the northeast.

As I suspected would happen, the pressure was high and the fish were full from feeding heavily prior to the weather change.

It was tough fishing but we were able to catch three keeper trout and one snook.  We also caught a sail cat, sometimes known as a gaff top.

Hank had a buddy named Sparkley, and older dachshund, on the boat today.  She stays at Castaways a few times a year.  Hank and Sparkley had a lot of fun!
