Sanibel Fishing & Captiva Fishing, Saturday, May 7, 2016: Hank’s face sums it up – I guess we can claim we tied for 3rd – sort of -, since there were only two fish caught in the \u201cDing\u201d Darling & Doc Ford\u2019s Tarpon Tournament.<\/p>\n

1st place went to The Chasin’ Poon team of\u00a0Gary Biltgen, Mary Laser and Wade Robert, and\u00a0\u00a0captain Matt Mitchell. \u00a02nd place went to team Teaser and captain Stewart Hehengerger.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re big advocates of catch and release, particularly for snook, but pretty much\u00a0for most species. \u00a0Only take what you are going to eat, and a lot of fish are better off as sport fish, even if they are in season. \u00a0Our motto is let \u2018em get bigger and catch \u2018em again!<\/p>\n
