Saturday, 8/28/11 … good snook & red fishing off Captiva

We caught a large snook & several smaller snook first thing drifting between Sanibel & Captiva.

We also caught a nice trout fishing that spot.

We then saw lots of birds working the surface off of the bayside of Captiva where we managed to catch lots of ladyfish, seatrout, jacks & sail cats.

We took a couple of ladyfish for bait to try for red fish on the bayside of Sanibel. we managed to catch seven redfish in the last hour fishing an oyster bed.

A really great day of summer time fishing off the shores of Sanibel & Captiva.
