Here’s a good photo of a young fisherwoman and her snook!

We’re catching mostly redfish and black drum in Blind Pass, but there still some, mostly small, snook around in the passes.

With the slightly warmer weather in the last several days, the snook are a bit more active.  As the weather cools over the coming weeks, we’ll see less and less snook action.

Monday, November 26, 2012: Sanibel & Captiva Islands Fishing ~ Huge schools of Redfish around Buck Key!

Two Redfish with Hank on Sanibel & Captiva charters!

On today’s charter, we went to the Buck Key oyster bed to fish for Redfish!  The water was amazingly flat and clear, so we were able to look for and see the massive schools of Redfish!

After catching Reds for a few hours we went to Blind Pass where we caught a lot of Black Drums, Jacks, and small Snapper!

Father, Son, Redfish, Hank, Sanibel & Captiva Islands Charters & Fishing Guide Service.

The redfish have been biting this Thanksgiving week!

It has been cold and windy, but we have found places to tuck the boat in, protect us from the wind, and catch some nice redfish!  We have also been catching some ladyfish, sea trout and spanish mackerel on the grass flats and in the bay.

Hank and I had a lot of fun with this family earlier in the week!   We stayed warm and we caught fish!
